We use a crackling wooden wick in this 12oz luxury, opaque and shiny, white glass vessel. The vessel features thick side walls and a heavy bottom. This sturdy, reusable vessel comes with a snug-fitting, black wooden lid. The top diameter is 3.5 inches across and the height measures 3.75 inches. We fill this vessel with 10oz of organic olive oil wax, which allows room for the lid to close tightly.
A note on wooden wick candles: wooden wicks are natural materials and hence, variations in color and burn will occur. You may see discoloration in the wax as you use enjoy this candle. This is a natural occurrence and please be aware that no two candles may have the exact same experience. Wood wicks require trimming after each use, before you relight. If you do not trim, you are essentially trying to light already burnt wood. Trim your wick 1/4" to 1/8" above the wax line and you are good to go!
